KORONA TALSU Dewatering Machine

Dewatering Machine is designed for the purpose of reducing water from wet-blue, fat-liquored and dyed leather up to the even moisture of 40% in the whole area
at the low temperature. 

Dewatering Machine guarantees no fiber-cutting, no loose-grain, and no squeezing chemical agents(dyestuff, fat liquor, and tanning agents) and even thickness
and moisture of whole area after vacuum drying. 

Each of 2 electric motors directly drives 2 shafts on the upper pressing rollers and the lower pressing roller with controlling and synchronizing the line speed of the
2 pressing rollers by inverter. Therefore, 2 felts have no friction and have a long lifespan.   

As the area of dried leather increases by 15%, the thickness becomes thinner by about 0.2 to 0.3 mm. To compensate the lost thickness, workers need to add a
thickness of 0.2 to 0.3 mm to the wet leather and put it into the dewatering machine.

La máquina deshidratadora está diseñada con el propósito de reducir el agua del cuero mojado, engrasado y teñido hasta una humedad uniforme del 40% en toda el
área a baja temperatura.

La máquina deshidratadora garantiza que no se cortan las fibras, no se desprenden los granos ni se exprimen los agentes químicos (colorantes, licores grasos y
agentes curtientes) y un espesor y humedad uniformes en toda el área después del secado al vacío.

Cada uno de los 2 motores eléctricos acciona directamente 2 ejes en los rodillos de presión superiores y el rodillo de presión inferior controlando y sincronizando la
velocidad de línea de los 2 rodillos de presión mediante un inversor. Por tanto, 2 fieltros no tienen fricción y tienen una larga vida útil.

A medida que el área de cuero seco aumenta en un 15%, el espesor se vuelve más delgado aproximadamente entre 0,2 y 0,3 mm. Para compensar la pérdida de
espesor, los trabajadores deben agregar un espesor de 0,2 a 0,3 mm al cuero húmedo y colocarlo en el deshidratador.
