KORONA TANK 4 head wet-stretching machine for dyed leather was creatively designed in no comparison with any other kinds of wet-stretching machine and it has
the widest working area and the narrowest gaps between heads, which guarantee big yield. 

Doing the setting-out function more effective than that of Sammying & Setting-out Machine. 

Returning to leathers' softness and thickness because leathers became harder and thinner after the dewatering process.

Wet-stretching spreads the skin surface folded and wrinkled due to the dewatering process and can surely open the grain.

Before vacuum drying, wet-stretching is for operator to simply spread the skins evenly on the drying table without spreading or placing them with hands.
When wet, it allows the expansion action to be concentrated in the central part of the leather in a concentrated way, obtaining a great increase in performance.

When Vacuum-drying, operators may just spread leathers evenly on the drying table without extending and hand-setting-out.

expandir en humedo y tiene la mayor área de trabajo con el menor espacio entre cabezotes, lo que garante un gran rendimiento.

EFECTOS DE LA EXPANSIÓN HÚMEDA

Promueve mayor abertura que la función de estira de las máquinas de escurrir y estrar.

Devuelve la textura y espesor alterados por la máquina del proceso de desaguado.

La operación de expansión en húmedo abre los dobleces que hayan sido ocasionados en la máquina de desaguar y abre seguramente la flor del cuero. 

Antes del secado al vacío, el estiramiento en húmedo consiste en que el operador simplemente extienda las pieles uniformemente sobre la mesa de secado sin
extenderlas ni colocarlas con las manos. Cuando está húmedo permite concentrar la acción de expansión en la parte central del cuero de forma concentrada, 
obteniendo un gran aumento del rendimiento.

Al secar al vacío, los operarios precisan simplemente acomodar el cuero expandido sin necesidad de esirar con espatulas a mano.
